Guests/Payments	All who come to Bethy Creek Resort are considered guests. ALL guests/customers/visitors must check in at the office and pay the appropriate fees. Guests who do not check in will be asked to leave. There are no exceptions.
Room/Site Request	We are happy to take requests for rooms/sites and do our best to honor them, but at no time are site requests guaranteed. Do not change assigned site without office approval.
Cancellation	Bethy Creek Resort is a destination park and all reservations are final. A prepaid deposit of ½ room/RV site rate is non refundable when canceling
Reschedule	Bethy Creek will allow a one time rescheduling of a reservation with 72 hours notice before scheduled check-in time.
Check-In	Check-in is 1:00 pm for RVs and Campers. Check-in is 4:00 pm for cabin/room guests. Early check-in, if available, will require an additional fee.
Check-Out	Check-out is 12:00 pm on the date of departure. Late check-outs require an additional fee. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Pet Policy	Bethy Creek Resort loves and accepts dogs. No pets are allowed in rooms/cabins. Dog owners are required to keep dogs on leashes and pick up after them. Large and/or aggressive dogs are not allowed in park. Please call in advance to see if your breed is acceptable.
